General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for the online shop of Lacher Camtec GmbH

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by businesses within the meaning of Section 1 of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB). Sales to consumers (Section 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG)) are excluded.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and that you have a valid VAT number.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices quoted are in euros and exclude applicable statutory VAT.

Payment is made in advance, via direct bank transfer, credit card, or invoice – depending on the agreement. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

5. Shipping conditions

Shipping is only available to commercial customers with a valid VAT number. Shipping to private delivery addresses is not possible.

We offer free shipping for orders over €50. For orders below this value, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90.

Delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment or order confirmation.

Transport damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours.

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions of commercial law apply. Liability for minor negligence is excluded, with the exception of personal injury.

The goods must be inspected immediately after delivery. Any defects must be reported in writing within five working days; otherwise, the goods will be deemed accepted.

We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of technical data, product information, or other documents available for download online. These are provided solely as non-binding preliminary information. Only the information in our written order confirmation or in individual agreements is binding.

8. Return / Right of withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in B2B transactions. Returns are only possible with prior written consent and under the conditions specified by us.

9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Austrian law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the registered office of our company.

10. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
