Shipping & Returns

We only ship to commercial customers within the EU. Orders can only be placed with a valid VAT number.

Shipping is free for orders over €200. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90.

Delivery usually takes place within 2–4 business days after receipt of payment or order confirmation. Shipping is handled by our logistics partners (e.g., DPD, GLS, etc.), depending on the volume and weight of the order.

Shipping to private individuals or private delivery addresses is excluded.

Transport damage or shortages must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Please note that there is no statutory right of withdrawal in B2B transactions. Returns are only possible after prior written agreement.
